Hi, the role #2 of my film is at the bottom of the cast in "other cast". when I hit "correct", even if i provide an explanation, it becomes red and say "This credit has been verified and cannot be changed.
IMDb usually locks credits when we are 100% certain that the credit is accurate as listed in the main credit sequence of the title concerned. " but this role has her name in big on the poster and is absolutely not in "other cast" ! what can i do ?

Benamra: What film is it, and which actress is listed in the incorrect order?

Also, can you provide a screen shot from the on-screen credits of the film? The order of the cast members on a poster can sometimes be different from the on-screen credit order, and IMDb always uses the on-screen credit order.

Thank your for your response
the film is "Reveries of the Solitary Actor"
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt5136576/?ref_=fn_al_tt_1
and the actress who is #2 (but at the bottom of the list in "other cast" in IMBD) is Stephanie Benamra (I)
http://www.imdb.com/name/nm7574932/?ref_=ttfc_fc_cl_t27
As you can see in at the end of the trailer (min 3:58)
http://www.imdb.com/video/wab/vi2049684249/
her credit appears right after the leading role Mohamed Adar
besides, her name in just below the title on the poster, in brown, on the left.
thx in advance for you precious help

Are you aware of a way to view the actual film (not a trailer nor poster) to see the credits?  Or, can you provide screen captures or a video clip of the credits?

The poster, nor a trailer, proves what order credits appeared in, on screen, during the film.

Bluesman: There is an additional complication here. The cast order list skips from 1 to 3, then 4, 5, 6, etc., meaning that there is nobody listed at position number 2. However, as Benamra mentioned in the original post, any attempt to correct the cast list results in the following error message:
This credit has been verified and cannot be changed.
IMDb usually locks credits when we are 100% certain that the credit is accurate as listed in the main credit sequence of the title concerned.
Clearly, the cast list cannot be 100% accurate if there is a number skipped in the cast order. However, I don't know the correct way to get a cast list unlocked.

Hi benamra -

Thanks for posting the screen grabs for the credit roll.  I have manually added the cast order number (2) for 'Stephanie Benamra', and this should be updated on the site shortly.

In the meantime, I have reached out to our data editors to see about unlocking the cast list for this title so you can submit the applicable remaining cast order corrections.  Once I receive the status on this I will post the information here.

Hi benamra -

Our staff have now corrected the cast order numbers so that they reflect the screen shots provided above.

However, we noted that  not everyone visible on the cast screenshot has been added
to the title. Therefore, please submit any of the missing cast members (with their applicable order number) through our online Update form, as the cast is not currently locked.
