IMDB Scorecard link dead. How do we upload trailers?

As the title shares, I want to upload a trailer for my film, but all the official instructions from IMDB Pro about accessing Scorecard here:

https://help.imdb.com/article/contribution/industry-professional/imdb-title-scorecard/GR6ELNEMQZADBQ...#

Lead to this dead link with a stupid movie quote that just adds to the frustration:

https://www.imdb.com/scorecard/

All my Google searching points to this defunct "scorecard" service.

Where are we now able to upload trailers for our films?

This is a necessary function for producers and official project reps.

Additionally, how can we tag people or projects in our existing Demo Videos? Can trailers tag principals if they are uploaded also?
I'm seeing other current trailers on IMDB so if we're paying for Pro I'm not sure why we can't add this important promotional content outside of updating with an outside of IMDB link tat can't be tagged.

Hi Jerry, did you follow the directions on that help page to request access to your company via Scorecard first? The directions to request access are through the help link you posted, under the first heading "How do I apply for Scorecard access?". You do also need to be logged in to your account associated with the access in order for the Scorecard link to populate.

Did that. No response. Still don't know how can we tag people or projects in our existing Demo Videos.

Hi Jerry, we already responded to the email that you sent to us today requesting access. I suggest you check your spam folder to make sure email responses are not getting lost in there. When you upload a trailer to a title page you'll have the option to tag cast and crew (you received instructions on that in the link in the email we already sent you).

Okay I got it. Now the bigger problem is, the trailer is automatically linking to an old, 15 year old Standard Definition DVD of the film on Amazon:

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000B9WF1W

The film has been remastered and this is the version the trailer should link to reflecting the restored 2K edition:

https://www.amazon.com/Solstice-Christmas-Story-Michael-Kelley/dp/B07KZGKX6M/

How do I edit the trailer to correspond to the edition the trailer is representing? I contacted some Amazon support connection months ago about linking to the newly remastered edition and never heard back. How can I edit the trailer and the page to link to the proper edition or who do I contact to see that done?

Thanks.

As you can see, the "Manage My Videos" section has no tagging options.
Curiously. when the video was uploaded there were some other instant name associations but they dropped off on their own.

Nothing here either:

Please carefully follow the directions you received; you're referring to videos you're uploading to your personal name page, not trailers you're adding via Scorecard to your titles. You need to follow the directions we provided, visit www.imdb.com/scorecard, and click on the section to add video content to a title, in the grid you'll see there.

To further clarify for you, you're referring to three separate functions: your my videos page, which let's you manage video content on your personal Pro page. Your Scorecard access, which allows you to upload content to your titles pages. And the watch now link, which links a title to the purchasing option on amazon. Can you give me the URL for the title that's linking to the wrong Amazon page?

There is nothing in the grid showing where I can tag anyone in videos. Where am I missing that?

Jerry, that email contains information that is for our Scorecard users personally.

Great. Now that you've seen it, and hopefully reviewed the fact there is no information or link to where I can tag videos, you can answer my question how to do that or provide a direct link here.
I am supplying everything possible to try and get troubleshooting help but you delete the information and say it's "inappropriate"?

I don't understand why when I am showing you that what you say is not there, I keep getting the same answer "(I suggest you read through the link sent in the email you received as well)." I have carefully read through the instructions. Perhaps you can copy and paste what you're referring to on your end and share it here since I can't find it when I get the same response.
I've shown you there's nothing guiding me to any areas in either instructions, grids or the upload area that tells me how to tag my trailer for the scorecard page, or my demo reel on my personal page.

Hi Jerry, I understand your frustration however as I indicated, that information is for our Scorecard users to review and utilize. Which is why we recommend contacting us via email so we can best assist with issues like this. I think I understand your concern clearly now, previously three issues were being combined in to one, so I apologize my instructions to you were not clear enough. Our video content auto tags cast and crew based on filmography credits. Please reach out to us via our contact form if you have any additional name tagging needs for trailers.

I don't see where the "Watch Now" link is either in the grid:

I'm literally using the "Find" function in my browser to search the phrase "watch now" on all these pages and it's coming up with nothing I can submit to or edit.
What section can I find that or who do I email for help?

Hi Jerry, visit: https://help.imdb.com/contact. "IMDb Pro member questions". "Scorecard Access". "Title Scorecard". This is for Scorecard related concerns only. Again, you are referring to three different and separate functions which I outlined above; only the video title content is related to your Scorecard access. The link to the Amazon DVD is not related to Scorecard and I've opened a ticket with the appropriate team to resolve this for you. To clarify again: the link to your DVD on Amazon is not a function within Scorecard. The email we sent you outlines what you can do within Scorecard and provides guidance on image and video uploads. Please use the above contact link to reach out to us with any further concerns, and we will update you as soon as the Amazon link has been corrected for you.
