IMDB iPad app will not update nor install

App will not update/install - I have been attempting to update for over a week and the install fails. Highlighting a need to update. This morning I deleted the app in the hope this would work. Once the install has completed it just won't open!!

Hi Steven,

Can you please provide the following information so that we may investigate this further; 

- What version of iPad are you currently using?
- What version of iOS do you currently have installed? (You can usually view this under settings)
- Are you connected via Wi-Fi or Mobile network? If either have you attempted to test on a different wireless connection?
- What version of the IMDb iOS application do you currently have installed? (you can usually via this under settings)

Providing this information will assist our technical teams in investigating this further.

2) 10.3.2
3) wifi only
4) not sure of version - I deleted it so I can't check but it was up to date apart from last update.

Sorry but this is a matter for Apple support. We do not  control the app install process, and there's nothing we could possibly do to cause the app to not fully install. Please see:

Note that one common reason for an app to not install is that the storage space is full on the device.
