Images to Titles do not get uploaded. Tracking number for the submission also gets lost; been trying for 2 days.

I've been trying this since April 17th evening (today is April 19th). On a Title, I attempt to submit the poster and frames and production stills. The option to upload images shows up and my images get accepted. I also receive a tracking number (190419-163737-886002, for instance). However, the tracking number does not show up in my submission history and the images do not show up on the Title despite getting a successful message from the website. Anyone else have this issue?

I tried this on Safari and Firefox browsers over 2 days.

Note, this issue does not occur on Names. It occurs only on Titles. Thanks.

<Edit/Elaborate> The Title is my own (I wrote, directed and produced it and created it). Also, the "Name" that I uploaded images for is my own name, as well. I'm doing as an imdbpro user. Thanks again.

It's brand new and still in the testing stages.

So, it's normal to have a discrepancy between your new link and the link Meredith gave below? (One shows approved while the other shows there are 3000+ images to be processed).

The date makes reference to what days submissions they are currently working on and the total number refers how many are awaiting approval up to the current date and time of inquiry.

Also that link was to inform you of it's existence so you can avoid making a Get satisfaction inquiry like this. You now can use the link to find out how long it will be before it is processed.

^^ Perhaps these links ought to be bookmarked clearly up front to avoid "inquiries like this"?
