Images problem

Hello!
Today I tried to submit some images for a few titles and there was an error. I also tried to submit some images for my clients and it was impossible. When I checked my clients' profiles I saw to my amazement that their images are disappearing rapidly. May I ask why? Who is deleting the images? I also saw that images I uploaded for some titles are being deleted as well. Again, why? I've done absolutely everything according to IMDB image policy. I would appreciate an explanation if it's possible. Thank you.

This is a problem mentioned many times on this board. It's because anyone can add or remove photos.
There is no resolve to it apart from uploading all the images again.

I was just trying to upload a photograph for my profile but I keep getting an error. It does not say what's wrong it just says "error" try again.
I tried using different photographs (with different sizes) and it kept giving me an error.

Thanks for your replies. Someone also said to me this error appear because I'm not a paid member. Is this a factor?.

Yes you have to be on IMDb Pro to upload photos you your profile.

HI Mar,

An IMDbPro subscription is required to add photos to an IMDb name page, however it is not required to add an image to your IMDb User profile page.

Can you post the URL to the page where you are trying to add an image? I think this would help is assuring I am providing you with the correct response to your question.

I've been working for a few hours and it seems the problem is fixed. I was able to see all my image submissions and also those images in my clients' profile, which I thought were deleted. So everything seems to be fine. Thank you for your help!
