I've been trying to add my credits for Jack Ryan and each time I add nothing comes through. Ive waited 18 days twice now with no credits being added. After working for a year on the show I am due a credit.

Any help would be great.

The phrase "I keep trying to add my credits" rings warning bells - resubmitting too soon just delays your submission. So the best thing you can do is stop.

Instead, send IMDB evidence to support your submission (ideally screenshots of your name on the credits) using this form:

If you are on the credits for a title listed on IMDB then there is really no reason you wouldn't be listed, but you need send in evidence and let the process run their course.

IMDb doesn't decide who is due credit, regardless of work put in. They document who is in the on screen credits, or not. The producers decide that. If you are in the credits, you'll get listed. I don't notice a Matthew Badham in the database with any credits listed. So, if this is your first credit and your name does not appear on screen, you will not be eligible for a listing of an "uncredited" role.

You might have to wait until you can provide proof your name is on screen, like a screen grab, and add it to you submission.
