I added a new plot summary and asked to delete the old one, but IMDB just added the new one and still kept the old one.?

I submitted a new plot summary and instead of deleting the old one (as I had requested) and replacing it with my new summary, IMDB just added the new summary and still kept the old one. What's up with that?

IMDb often has more than a single Plot Summary for a Title, particularly if they have different points of view.

As the Submission Guide: Plot Summaries notes:
The list compiler has the right to choose which plot summary to use. Up to five summaries per title may be kept in the list, but only if they present a differing viewpoint.
Unless you can show that the older Summary is actually inaccurate, I doubt if they will remove it.

Well that's absurd. I submitted the first summary and submitted the second one as well. The two summaries don't really represent different points of view, it's just that the second one is more complete, adds more info. I can change the pictures I choose to put up to represent my film why can't I choose the summary, especially when I am the author of both? And it's my film!
