I want to cancel subscription and a refund.

Wanted to cancel before the end of the trial month but couldn’t. Now you have taken a months subscription, please can my account be cancelled and the money refunded.

If you need help cancelling, please visit the Contact Us page while logged into your IMDbPro account and select IMDbPro member questions > Membership/Account > Cancel membership (if you are logged out of your IMDbPro account, please select IMDbPro member questions > Other IMDbPro member issues), then select "Email" and let us know how we can help.

I've located and cancelled/refunded the IMDbPro membership created with your billing information. The refund should be processed back to your credit card in the next 3-5 business days.

Hey Steve in the same boat, can you assist. Put cancellation through on your website, 31 days . Okay with paying first month but not entire year. Membership was used as research reference for movie shots and home rentals, can you help?

Similar boat, except you CHARGED EARLY! My Artist was entitled to a full 30-day trial. His trial hadn't begun (he needed to update his credit card) but as soon as he gave updated credit card info, you zapped his card with a $19.99 fee. Where is his 30-day trial??
