I need to upload a new profile picture for our client. I read I need to claim the page, but how do I do that exactly? We are the client's agent.

Hi Baseer -

In order to upload photos for your clients, you will need to have separate IMDbPro Subscriptions for each client.  When you are logged into your IMDbPro.com account, go directly to this page: http://pro.imdb.com/nconst/claim

Click on 'Claim your name page'

When prompted, enter your clients name. You'll need to enter the name exactly as it appears on IMDb, i.e. with the middle name. Click on 'search' and you will see a list of names matching the string you have entered. Check the box next to the name and click on 'Next' and you should be able to claim your client's page and will then able to upload photos etc.

Hi Baseer,  you confirm the name of your client, whose page you want to claim?

Hi Baseer, in order to help you further, can you confirm the name of your client, whose page you want to claim?  Are they listed on the site?

My boss is John Griffin. His client's name is Ron Funches. Ron is listed, and does indeed have John listed as his Talent Agent (at APA).

Hi Baseer, I was able to review "Ron Funches" page and I see that there is no Resume account registered, so it is open to be registered by you through an active IMDbPro Subscription.

You will need to make sure that you are logged into your IMDbPro Subscription (note: this account cannot already be registered with a Resume Account for another individual).

Once logged in, go directly to this page: http://pro.imdb.com/nconst/claim and click on 'Claim your name page'

When prompted, enter your clients name (Ron Funches), you'll need to enter the name exactly as it appears on IMDb. Click on 'search' and you will see a list of names matching the string you have entered. Check the box next to the name and click on 'Next' and you should be able to claim your client's page and will then able to upload
photos etc.

You can only have "claimed," or linked to one Name Page per IMDbPro account.  While you can use the same credit card for another page(s), you will still need to create a new user account, subscribe to Pro again, then claim the additional page(s). There is currently no way to manage more than one page per User Account.

can i NOT claim the current client's acccount and switch to another's?
This doesnt make sense, agents have dozens of clients, they cant be making new Imdb accounts for every client?

Remaining linked to one client will keep items placed on the page. If you switch to another page, items added to the first, added via IMDbPro (photos and resume) will disappear from the page.

Current policy is one Pro Account to one Name Page.

Note that the idea has been suggested, but not received much support. You might want to reply there and give a +1 vote to offer support of the suggestion.

If I loose the link with the current client and make the profile picture change with the other client (ron), would the changes be irreversible?

If you cancel the Resume Subscription that is currently maintained by that Pro account in order to  use this account to set up the Resume for another, the pictures added to the original page will be removed.

1) Each Resume Subscription may be updated/maintained by only a single Pro account.
2) Each Pro account may only control a single Resume subscription
3) Pictures added to a name page (and the Resume page if added) will be removed if the Resume subscription is cancelled or the Pro account allowed to lapse.
