I tried to submit this link through the contribution:

but there was no option to do that.

I would simply like to know if that suffices.Nope. To receive an (uncredited) cast entry, proving that you were contracted is not enough. You must be featured on screen.
See: I worked on a title but did not receive a screen credit. Can it be listed on IMDb?

Therefore, you must provide a screenshot from the FlashForward episode where you are visible. Fortunately, the episode can be found online easily.
Hope it helps.

yet Clearly everyone here is far more interested in praising each other than actually focusing on this problem which is REALLY PISSING me off, imdb is deliberately trying to not help me, like enjoying themselves trying to screw me over. and it STATES submit proof of employment on the paragraph they sent me.
I did exactly that submitted to imdb, not a single response from anyone....
so then lets see what your team says since everyone seems to keen on TOTALLY for sure, totally:
If not listed within the end credits of the production verification should include proof of employment - this can come in the form of pay stubs, receipts, call sheets or contracts for the production, any mentions within the media of the role on the production from reputable third-party sources.
so i DID present that to imdb:
[links to image file redacted since they expose personal information.]
i contacted them and they provided me this.
PROOF OF EMPLOYMENT a contract! for this contribution, so what now then?
everyone is allowed to have credits when presenting this, im the only guy who isnt maybe because im a foreigner who knows....

If you had bothered to read the eligibility criteria which I highlighted in my totally focused first response to you, you would have understood what you are missing...
In short, again. To receive an (uncredited) cast entry...
a) You need to have worked in the production ►

b) You need to be featured and identifiable on screen ►

Those are TWO REQUIREMENTS....and you need to fulfill BOTH OF THEM, not just one. That applies to everybody, either foreign or local...

so you know as well as i do, 85% of people who get uncredited on imdb actually dont show up on screen because its extra work and they receive uncredited.
i worked on this and had a contract and im not eligible?! other people do extra work and dont even show up on screen and they can????
my peer has 5 uncredted and she was an extra who never showed up on screen....
is this fair at all???

i hadnt seen that episode in forever, guess im screwed because from what ive seen they just used my voice and hand or something but apparently i dont show up.....I'd watch the episode before assuming.
you know as well as i do, 85% of people who get uncredited on imdb actually dont show up on screenI disagree with that percentage...
other people do extra work and dont even show up on screen and they can????You're free to report those false credits and

my peer has 5 uncredted and she was an extra who never showed up on screen....People inadvertently or purposely send ineligible credits that pass the filter because the system isn't perfect... true. But if some contributor detected and reported these mistakes on your peer's page, the overall accuracy of the person who submitted the credits in the first place would surely be affected, and it'd be much harder for her (or him) to add new credits to the database (i.e. word won't be enough...)

I was the one who reported my manager submitted wrong credits in the past, i was the one who email imdb fixing my page, so now could you please help me with this since i have clearly proven that i have worked on it, got paid for it?
I was the one who submitted that clarification about my page not anyone else, nobody reported me, i submitted that situation.
So now since normally you guys help people here and submit this information.
you have seen these credits are legit:
[link to image files redacted since they contain personal information.]
please can u help me?

imdb states this! right??...and also states that eligibility needs verification of employment AND being featured on screen.

thanks for telling me to piss off in a very delicate wayWow... I acknowledge my limitations because English is not my first language (sorry for that), but you should have a serious problem of emotional intelligence when you don't comprehend why the person who's trying to help you understand why your credit isn't being accepted (and is explaining the only way you could fix it), decides to give up after hearing you complaining that nobody gives a shit about you and leveling accusations of discrimination.
this is how other actors are treated!Sorry again, but what you definitely have is a serious problem of reading comprehension. You failed to read (or understand) my first post in its entirety and now you're doing it again to play a false victim card. Why don't you post all the info?

Anyways its obvious your intentions is to make people in general feel like utter idiots, yet i acknowledge THE IMPORTANT OF SHOWING A SCREEN GRAB OR IMAGE YET i have stated clearly it seems i wasnt shown, happens to many people in general yet i have the contract which AGAIN stated by imdb suffices to prove my association to the episode.
and then i have you coming in insulting and attacking me,when i stated discarding emotional involvement since thats amateur behavior, is stated nobody gives a shit because clearly even presenting documentation imdb still decides to reject me.
OFFICIAL DOCUMENTATION AND CONTRACT INVOLVING MY PARTICIPATION
AND ACTORS SOMETIMES DO NOT SHOW UP ON SCREEN.
FINAL CUT in the editing room, HAPPENS ALL THE TIME, at least 3 actors i the last jedi were cut out, tom hardy and the girl from the originals were cut out from the editing room..
So rather than grammatically bullying actors on this forum, have some sense of RESPECT and EDUCATIONAL MORALS to help rather than telling me off and indirectly calling me a child...

I would appreciate if imdb, considered this documents, note i was clearly cut out of the editing room, happens all the time and i cannot control the editors.

Mannie, I think you've taken the term emotional intelligence the wrong way (actually the opposite what was intended: identify and manage one’s own emotions, as well as the emotions of others)... If you really believe that I intended to attack you, I sincerely apologize, but you're playing a wrong game when you say things like "maybe because I'm a foreigner" or "southern approach to races" to express a disagreement with a longstanding policy... That's very offensive, and, let me say, a bit childish. In any case, I'm sorry if you felt that way...

i mentioned south because its known of the UNFORTUNATE and major SAD racial differences existing over there, mainly in GA where its extremely noticeable but anyways im not here to talk about that because for me everyone is the same, we are all humans.
So mr ljdoncel, since you work for imdb, can you please assist me on this matter, would u be so kind and generous to acknowledge my situation and help me. talk to imdb, again have posted all the sensitive personal information in public and indeed admitted most likely the editors have indeed cut me out in the editing room.
so could you please assist me?

so could you please assist me?The rules on (uncredited) cast entries are very clear, so the only way you could have had that credit listed is if you had been featured in the final cut of the episode. I'm sorry but that's how things work on the site. Are there ineligible (uncredited) items in the database that were wrongly overlooked by the data manager? Yes, there are, but you can't fail to stop at a red light in front of a police officer and pretend he doesn't fine you because other drivers passed without penalty when he wasn't looking...
in your heart please help me the same way you would want someone to help you if you were in my situationSince I'm not part of the

Perhaps you can list your work in FlashForward as an entry in the Other works section of your page, although guides are not totally clear whether uncredited actor jobs can be listed there.

For an actor or other performers who appear on screen:
Case 1: Person's name appears in credits for the title and the person's name appears on screen.
IMDb includes name in credits
Case 2: Person has credits for for at least one other title. Person's name DOES NOT appears in credits for the title and the person appears on screen.
IMDb includes name in credits with the attribute "(uncredited)"
Case 3: Person has credits for for at least one other title. Person's name appears in credits for the title and the person DOES NOT appears on screen.
IMDb includes name in credits with the attribute "(credit only)"
Case 4: Person DOES NOT have credits for for at least one other title. Person's name DOES NOT appears in credits for the title and the person appears on screen.
IMDb DOES NOT credit person
Case 5: Person has credits for for at least one other title. Person's name DOES NOT appears in credits for the title and the person's name DOES NOT appear on screen.
IMDb DOES NOT credit person
From what I can tell from reviewing this thread and after reviewing the PDF file you provided:
1. You are credited for other titles.
Mannie De Castro
https://www.imdb.com/name/nm4293173/
2. Your name DOES NOT appear in credits for the title
3. You do not appear on screen for
Flashforward (TV Series) Revelation Zero: Part 1 (2010)
It appears that Case 5 applies to you and that IMDb will not credit you for this episode. The contract information you provide is NOT sufficient for you to IMDb to credit you.

they completelely ignored me, you have the screengrab up there and see for yourself. Not true. The message you've received is clearly telling you what we (three different regular contributors so far) are trying to make you understand: Your FlashForward credit doesn't satisfy IMDb's acceptance criteria...

You're not being ignored... You're having responses... The problem is you don't like them and you keep on refusing to acknowledge that the documents you've provided only confirm Q1, not Q5 (see scheme above).

Did you create this chart or is this on the IMDb help pagesI did it yesterday... I thought that it could clarify the use of the most common attributes. Perhaps I created it too quickly because now I realize that Q14 should have been represented differently, because it may look that the company name must be attached to the person's name rather than to the occupation... I leave a quick fix below...

@Ed: Thank you very much!

@Mannie:
It is a FANTASTIC CHART... thank you for that deeply gratefulYou're welcome. Thank you very much.
once the screen grabs are loaded here they get the credit? The screengrab that would get you the credit is one of you featured on screen. Otherwise, it is not eligible...

For this animated GIF I only used Camtasia: Camtasia Record to screencap, and Camtasia Studio to edit the video (crop+effects) and export it directly to GIF.
In other cases I screencap to MP4 with VLC Media Player, edit the video (crop+effects) with OpenShot or Avidemux, and export it to GIF with FFMPEG (offline) or the tools at EzGIF (online).

Please check the Data Processing Times page and this Track Contribution link.
Also, it is hard to believe that you've had enough time to send the screengrabs via Contact form and receive a response from the staffers to your mail...
Until you hear from them, in the meantime, it is advisable that you try to get a better quality screenshot. If you're able to do that, I believe the credit for Lovesick (2014) will be listed in your page without any more issues...

The problem is that unfortunately that is the best possible quality of me cycling around the corner and we were supposed to show up on the screen and talking to Le Blanc for a few seconds but we didn’t.
The sun and the windshield did block the view.
But my submission was automatically declined yet I sent the screengrabs. So what am I supposed to do?

supposed to show up on the screen and talking to Le Blanc for a few seconds but we didn’t.IE: No on screen close up showing your speaking face. No credit worthiness there by the above flowchart.
The sun and the windshield did block the viewIE: No clearly defined on screen image of your non speaking face. No credit worthiness there by the above flowchart.
Overall: No credit as defined by the above flowchart.

Oh no need to receive the rejection email, I checked the status of my submission and was automatically rejected. You DO need to wait and receive the yet-unknown-rejection email because the automatic rejection (which is mostly based upon the submitter's reliability along time) doesn't take into consideration the screengrabs you've supplied via Contact form, which need to be manually checked by the staffers.
...the best possible quality of me cycling around the corner [...] The sun and the windshield did block the view. That can really be a problem, because rules for accepting (uncredited) appearances, as you've already learnt (

this is what i showsThat's the Track Contribution status (automatic answer in this case). What you should receive in your mail in the coming days is the human response to your Helpdesk request (the one which included the screenshots), so you should wait before assuming the rejection.
[...] would a letter from the production company also help along with the screengrabs?Nope. Graphically, this is your current status:

That letter would only confirm Q1, not Q5, which depends on the screenshots from the actual film.
will they be notified by you?Neither Ed nor myself notify to the staff directly. Don't worry, they monitor these forums actively and, when they have something to say, they do so...

ljdoncel, I'd say that the chart is a proof that instruments are far less relevant then the skills: I was not able to guess which program you have used and if that's your "hastily" I'm really curious as to what is your "careful and well-planned", because that ought to be something grandiose. :)I fully agree!

ljdoncel and Ed Jones thank you for all the info and helpYou're very welcome.
i did as instructed guess have to wait until mondayOne of the first things you have to learn when dealing with problems on

this is all true and i was in fact part of the productionPlease re-read carefully what we've told you before several times (see the graphic with the blue location marker). Those documents won't change anything. We all already know for sure that you worked in the production (Q1). What matters in the end is if you were featured on screen in the final cut of the film (first requirement). Footage that was left in the cutting room, regardless the length, dialogue or budget, means nothing when it comes to (uncredited) appearances.
show contracts from the company
they have records of playing the character. letter and contract plus they cut out my dialogue scene since it was a very small budget
Apart from being featured on screen, there's a second requirement: you must be clearly identifiable; again please, re-read the following highlighted text in particular:

That's precisely where you have the real problem. I've been able to watch the film and indeed you're there [first requirement:

But your actual screentime are 15 frames only (@24fps represent around 60 hundredths of a second)...

...and you're moving, which makes your identification harder, even zooming and speeding down the video...

I stated Gio character because originally the director asked us to just say 3 words to Matt, he stopped the car asked for directions and I spoke Italian he told me your name is gio for Giovanni.
So that’s why i submitted the credit for gio on lovesick.
And the screengrabsk yet no response From IMDb.
ONE MAJOR QUESTION THOUGH
they automatically declined my credit yet I submitted the screengrab do I have the resubmit the credit again?
Or wait for them to approve the decline one?
What am I supposed to do?

But in these type of cases I would suggest using the more informative character description. ”Man on a Bike” (or similar) is something that people can actually see on the screen, when ”Gio” is pretty difficult to identify (if the character name is not mentioned in the film etc). But I can see the reasoning behind the name if it was clearly mentioned by the director.

So this is what happened, i received this message from imdb,
Hi Mannie,
Thank you for your message.
Unfortunately, you are not easily identifiable in the clip and images you provided for our editors to verify the credit. Unless we have other substantial evidence to help verify your credit (such as a screen grab of your name credited on-screen), the credit is currently ineligible and cannot be listed.
YET before this gentleman on this forum stated:
I personally don’t see a huge issue if this is accepted with the character description like ”Man on a Bike” or similar.
Like I said, my message above was just my quick thoughts on the subject which IMDb won't necessarily support. But since people of provide screenshots for proof (which, in a way, are just a few frames), then 15 frames is not that all that bad.
actors get uncredited stuff all the time, why am i the only actor maybe in the history of imdb that doesnt get uncredited?
im submitting screenshots and proof am i not?

bianca mihailov, suzanne lachasse, marianne bourg, max cutler, sully chaudhary, bernard bullen
all these actors have uncredited roles, imdb adds them no problem
with me? NO NO NO NO
screengrbs, shut up actor, NO NO NO slap in the face....
everyone is allowed uncredited roles, i cannot have anything....nothing
i can give u examples of 10 actors who have roles without uncredit but its extra work and they have them.
so why am i the only one without a chance?
perfect example a guy i know has 4 uncredited roles on his imdb:
https://www.imdb.com/name/nm4317247/
so im not allowed?
