I am not getting an option to choose from these two. The moment I click on upload, I get the error message. Can you please update my picture until you resolve the issue?

There is no guarantee of resolution let alone a guarantee of a speedy resolution, unless the problem is trivial. This problem may not be.

Then they shouldn’t have this as a paid app. So people are paying for an app with no guarantee of problems being solved ? How many people do they have in customer service? A free trial is for a month. And it’s been weeks since y’all still haven’t fixed the issuuuue

That's a good point. You may have to use the website instead of the App, in order for some more of your expectations to be met.

I’m still having an issue. Why have I still received no response yet? Why is this option only available on an app that wants me to logout multiple times ?
