I can't post my poll suggestion, it seems that each time, I post it, I get taken down in seconds.

1)I posted once, I went to the homepage to see if it was posted, it was so I clicked on it, I Denied me access so I went to another get satisfaction page, and it wasn't there.

2) I tried to repost it but it was deleted instantly.

I'm getting boycott for some reason??? or is it just a glitch.

When the conversation has been marked as spam, it will be removed from your Get Satisfaction community. This does trigger an email notification to the user who posted the topic and lists the reason as “Spam”. -getsatisfaction
I didn't receive the "E-Mail", thank you for letting me freak out (Getsatisfaction).

It has not been finalized as spam yet.
Don't worry.
This has happened to me about 15 or so times.

cinephile,

Get Satisfaction has some quirks. I've had a few dozen threads disappear after editing the original post. This is at best unnerving.

I did not see your original thread listed as spam, nor did I see it in my email.

= = =

I did see this in my email from GS:

That is the list: https://www.imdb.com/list/ls096324334/

While doing the post, I cited the author correctly which is:

Andrew, Dudley. "The "Three Ages" of Cinema Studies and the Age to Come." PMLA 115, no. 3 (2000): 341-51. Accessed February 13, 2020. doi:10.2307/463455.

= = =

Post another thread titled:
Poll Suggestion: The "Three Ages" of Cinema

With your question:
Which of those "Three Ages" marked your passion for cinema the most?

To avoid the spam filter.

= = =

I will edit the original post.

That is a joke, I can't even post the freaking poll suggestion with only the question (no link no source). This is unacceptable, what is getting me in spam in this poll idea:

This is the words for words the only sentence that I wrote in the description, but I got delete again:

Which of those "Three Ages" marked your passion for cinema the most?

I only wrote that and deleted in seconds.

Please don't keep re-posting your suggestion. It usually doesn't help, and sometimes we end up with duplicate posts.

Exactly what triggers the filter is anyone's guess.
