I think you're looking for You and Me, directed by Fritz Lang with music by Kurt Weill.

According to the title's company page, the film has been released on DVD in 2015. So if you check out Amazon.com's site under the title and year, it should be available. FYI: You could also check TCM's store for the film as well.

I hope this helps.

I actually saw this a number of years ago at a Fritz Lang retrospective at a local revival theater.  I didn't remember the name but knew Lang directed it shortly after he came to America. Was able to find the name on his Filmography.

It's too bad Metropolis seems to be the only Lang people know.  I think M and The Testament of Dr. Mabuse are better movies.

It looks like it is only available as an on-demand DVD.
