IMDB detects that I am visiting the site from Mexico ... and movie titles show in Spanish language. That sometimes is anoying since I prefer to read English-Language reviews about Engish-Language Movie Titles ... so my question is: How to just get English Language titles for movies? ... that is: I don ́t want to see Spanish language movie titles by default while visiting the IMDB.com site.

Unless you are logged in, there is no way to adjust the language; therefore you need to log in if you are not already.

Once you are logged in, you can select which country's titles you wish to see in the Site Preferences page.  On this page there are a couple of options for Titles :
1) Title display country and 2) Title display language

I am not positive, but I believe that Country takes priority, and Language only comes into play if a Country with multiple languages is chosen.

For Country you can choose Original, which will show the original title irrespective of the country/language or a specific Country (my personal choice). In your case, you might try choosing an English-speaking country like United States or United Kingdom if you want to see only English titles.

Hope this helps.
