I saw that the poster for a film I was looking at is incorrect. How do I alert IMDB staff to that fact?

You've already asked this and acknowledged the answer.  Why are you asking again?  If you're now intending to report the problem, you should be giving the info as to what IMDb Page the problem is on and what exactly is the problem.

To answer your newly posted question, again, you'd report it by posting here on this message board.

The second photo is the correct one but the first / main one is for another film

Thanks for the details. Both films have "Escape" as an English-language title so this looks like an incorrect automated match. We'll fix it soon.

http://www.imdb.com/name/nm3595857/?ref_=rvi_nm This Photo has a credit for "Jayden Smith" who is an gay adult film actor not "Jaden Smith" who is Will Smiths teenage son sitting with him and Willow.
