How should Cast character be entered?

I have a question for the Cast credits of Kubo and the Two Strings.
NOTE: This contains what some may consider a spoiler.

Please don't continue if you don't want advanced information.

I will be correcting the Cast credits for Kubo and the Two Strings as one doesn't match the on-screen information.

Specificially, IMDB has Charlize Theron as Monkey.
The on-screen credit is Charlize Theron as Mother.

This seems simple enough but (and this is the potential spoiler), she also is the voice of Monkey.

I can change it from Monkey to Mother and it would match the on-screen credits, but...

The mother 'dies' and the monkey appears in the first third of the film (specifically 26 minute mark of a 1 hr 30 minute movie) and the Monkey character has many lines in the Quotes section.

Without being listed in the cast, Other would need to be use, Charlize Theron selected, and Monkey typed in as the Character.

Even though Monkey is not specifically listed in the on-screen credits, should the entry be Charlize Theron as Mother/Monkey?

This would make it easier to do the Quotes but it seems to violate two of your rules. 1 only list credits on-screen and no Spoilers.

So, the question is:

Charlize Theron as Mother
or
Charlize Theron as Mother/Monkey
?

Hi, Steven Dasinger. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. The character name as it appears in the IMDb cast listing should match how it appears in the on-screen credits. However, if this correction is made, then the quotes section may (depending upon the technical nuances of the way the data is stored) also have to be corrected to make sure that the lines uttered by the Monkey are not attributed to the Mother.
