I added the new credit 190107-141530-902000, but Imdb wrote me it needs a proof of that. I just attached the payment invoice to the production company of that work.
How long needs to add this new credit after send my official document attached?
Thanks

Hi Andrea,

Unfortunately we wouldn't consider this enough evidence for a proof of credit.

Other verification may include proof of employment (pay stubs or receipts, call sheets, contracts) showing that you worked on the production, or mentions of your role on the production in media articles from reputable third party sources etc.

Regards,
Will

Will,
unfortunately I cannot give the call sheets or crew list because there are other colleagues, collaborators and professionals names , address, phone numbers etc . I Respect their own privacy.

I can't wait the release date of this project to see my Crédit as costume designer consultant in the list because the Next week I have an important business meeting in NYC and My IMDB page have to be updated ...in other case I can have a damage of my image.

I attached a very private document as proof of that credit and I covered my private information because get satisfaction is public. If you want to give me a private email I can send other private documents regarding my position in that series.

As costume designer consultant I don't have articles right now
Regards,
Andrea

Providing uncredited/unreleased Evidence

If you are not listed in the end credits or the title is unreleased - other verification may include proof of employment (pay stubs or receipts, call sheets, contracts) showing that the person worked on the production, or mentions of the person's role on the production in media articles from reputable third party sources etc. In these instances the credit may be eligible for addition. If the title has been released, we will include the attribute of (uncredited) to reflect your name was not mentioned in the end credit sequence - for more information on this attribute, please see here.

Here are the steps:

  1. Upload these screen-grabs or data somewhere on the Web where we can access it and make a note of the links/URLs pointing to it. Please note that the information must be publicly accessible on the web, so do not upload anything you are not comfortable sharing.

  2. Find your original submission in your update history at Update History.

  3. Verify that all the data is still valid. If you need to update/amend the information, you can do so and resubmit the entry.

  4. Make a note of the update reference number (it's the number composed of three groups of 6 digits separated by dashes, i.e. 160227-090001-134000).

  5. Go to the Contact Form and select 'IMDb Fan/Contributor Questions -> Filmography Credits --> Provide Credit Evidence' .

  6. Select "E-mail" and fill in the form with all the information requested. At least one link is mandatory. If you have more than three, use the 'comment' field to add them.

  7. Enter any additional information, comment or feedback in the 'comment' field. The more data/evidence you supply, the better.

  8. Submit the form.

Thank you for the suggestion, but I officially worked in that production . Uncredited means I don't have any proof to show . I sent the official payment from the production company trough one of the invoice signed by hands!
So weird the IMDB professional don't recognize an invoice as proof!

You can send call sheets to IMDb.
They get thousands of them a year. They use them all the time. You can black out all the personal stuff.
Submit that.
If you wont than the matter is closed and no credit can be issued.
