Just to make sure I understand clearly: you want an IMDb contributor to upload a movie image on the Facebook page of that movie?

The facebook page you mentioned is maintained by producers or fans of the movie. IMDb has nothing to that page, and your question is off-topic here on IMDb GS. Moreover, Facebook has all the "forum" features that are enough for your question to be published there into the right ear.
