How do I stream a film that doesn't have a play option? Is this even possible?

Hello. I am trying to view this documentary, Our Home & Native Land: Canada's First Nations Heroines - Healers (2009).  How do I stream this film?
 I am unaware of IMDB. Can I watch this film on IMDB? If so, how do I access it? There is no option to play.

IMDb is not a streaming service. This site is a searchable database with information on movies, television shows, and other media items. Usually, if a title is available for streaming, an Amazon.com link is added onto the title's main page. 

According to the title's Company Credits page, the documentary was distributed in Canada on Aboriginal Peoples Television Network or APTN. You may want to contact the company to see if the title is available for purchase or streaming.

Wanted to edit to  add...

There is a section called "Born Today"
I do not think many actors on TV and in movies now were Born Today

and a section called "Stream Trending Movies With Prime Video"
This is a paid advertisment ? ?
