How do I see a breakdown of the ratings? Help says to click on the number of ratings, but this doesn't work on the internet. In the app, clicking on the ratings just lead to the reviews.

Sorry about that.  This feature is only available on the main www.imdb.com site, for example, https://www.imdb.com/title/tt4154796/ratings

While we are always adding new data and features to the IMDb apps and mobile site, not everything is supported on all platforms at the present time.

Thanks for your answer. But, I can't get it to work on the internet, not with the link you suggested either. Is it because I visit the site through the browser on my mobile phone?

Yes. You must use a Laptop or a PC to view breakdowns.

"You must use a Laptop or a PC to view breakdowns." - This is actually incorrect.

You can scroll to the bottom of the page and tap "View Full Site", then tap on the number of ratings or "User Ratings" under MORE to see the ratings breakdown on a mobile browser.

No, I was not wrong, per Steve's comment above, you can still navigate to the main www.imdb.com site via your phone browser.  The question is in the iOS app and mobile optimised site categories -- this feature is not available on either of those interfaces.
