I just uploaded a new IMDB profile photo but it automatically rotates my photo 45 degrees so my headshot is now on it's side. How can I get this fixed please?

I think this is to do with the cameras data in the image. Try taking the photo in landscape or download it and edit with IfranView saving with all EXIF data removed then upload.

Hi Marcus,

Though you are able to crop your image when uploading your profile picture on your IMDb User Activity page, we do not offer the ability to rotate your image.

If you require to rotate your image I recommend to utilize a photo editing software on your computer to first rotate the image and export, prior to uploading on IMDb.

The image auto-rotates 45 degrees when uploaded because of the image data on your camera. This is a well known common problem with some cameras and the only way to fix it is to use an app like IfranView to remove all the data on the image before uploading it.
Sometimes taking the photo in landscape mode can also fix this problem.

Your photo looks OK as of now.
BTW. It might have been 90 degrees, not 45!
