How do I mute “news” websites that are constantly spoiling movies and tv shows in their headlines? I like reading the news section on iMDB but having everything spoiled is getting ridiculous. Not everyone can see a movie or watch a show the day it comes out. These websites should be respecting the industry they work in and the creators and performers they interview. Toilet bowl sites such as The Wrap and Popsugar should be banned from showing up in the newsfeed. Nobody likes reading the news and seeing a headline pop up at 12:01 am on release day that spoils something you have been waiting to see. In support of my own cause I will not include any recent examples. But, for the sake of my argument, you can bet that if these jerks were around in the 80s nobody would have been shocked by the ending of a movie like The Empire Strikes Back. I can see the bold headline now on the day of release—The Empire Strikes Back: Is Darth Vader really Luke’s father?! (Warning: Spoilers in the following article)!
