How do I merge two pages of the same company?

Our company has two pages which we need to merge:
La Banda Film [MX]

Banda Films, La [US]

We've tried many avenues, but we still havent succeeded. The company is headquartered in the US, not Mexico even though it has a branch in Mexico.
It should be La Banda Film [US].
Please help.
