This isn't an error, just a peculiarity of the "known for" function.

On IMDb, a person can be considered "known for" any project on which they worked, whether as an actor, a producer, or anything else. Wahlberg was an executive producer on Prisoners (2013). And the "known for" distinction is based (in part) on the number of votes a movie has received. (IMDb does not reveal the exact formula for choosing the "known for" titles to the public.)

Prisoners has received a truly remarkable number of votes on IMDb -- over 270,000, more than any other film Wahlberg has been involved with whose title doesn't end with the letters "ted" (The Departed and Ted). I personally hadn't even remembered that the movie Prisoners existed, yet it has received more votes than, say, The Italian Job, The Fighter, Transformers: Age of Extinction, Planet of the Apes, Lone Survivor, or Boogie Nights.

So I suppose that the large number of IMDb votes for Prisoners, plus Wahlberg's executive producer position on the film, explains why it is listed as one of his top four "known for" titles.
