I have tried deleting things and I have no idea how this page was created, but I’m not an actor and have never worked as one or been on TV. https://m.imdb.com/name/nm8571250/?re...

You are the only person with that name. You must prove that, that is not you. Tough task.

I understand what the site does, but I’m not an actor and was not on these things and have never been in movies or television. How am I supposed to prove that with a show 20 years ago or what seems to be a concert?

Prove that you did not live in Florida at the time of the two credits in question would be a good start.
The Special Thanks is almost impossible to remove unless you can come up with the screen credits showing your name missing. And it would need to be a verifiable credits screen grab. Referenced URL needed.

Both Actress credits are just for a Fan at a concert, and each title has only 1 or 2 total cast credits posted. Seems unlikely that onscreen credits listed only a fan, or a fan and a roadie. So those seem suspect, and IMDb should consider removing them.

For the Special Thanks, there are dozens of people listed, mostly from the same crowd-funding site. If the other 2 credits are removed, would there still be a Name page showing for this one "thanks" credit?

Hi Leigh, as Ed noted, more than one person with the same first and last name exist; you've indicated several biographic details on the page to not be yours, so it sounds like the entire page isn't yours. Do you have any reason to believe the credits do in fact, belong to you? In which case, they would be factual information.

I have changed some of the facts on the page so it wouldn’t be about me. Someone else added this. They are not factual. An ex-best friend did this as a joke years ago to be funny. I changed the birthdate information yesterday so that it wouldn’t be mine or at least try. If I could have an email address for someone to email I would email proof but I’m not posting such information on a message board..
