That's a tough one. If you were copying from any other list, I'd say put them in the watchlist and move them from there. But the origin IS the Watchlist.

4 suggestions:
1) While you have the refined version showing, uncheck the + for adding to the Watchlist and then immediately check it again. That will move them to the most recent positions, and you can select them in List Order - Reversed, and copy to the destination list. This assumes you have NO comments custom-entered. If you do, they'll be lost with this method.

OR...

2) Have the refined version open in 1 tab, and the destination open in another tab. Right-click to copy the url of a title from the refined watchlist, then in Edit mode of the destination, paste the url into the title add box. Lather, rinse, repeat. (If you have comments on the Watchlist entries, they will not follow automatically, but could be copy/pasted from one tab to the other.)

OR...
3) One at time, open each of the 41 titles in its own tab, and hover over the + button for adding to Watchlist, and wait for the drop-down menu of your lists to appear, and click on the destination. (The good news is that drop-down is sorted by most-recently modified, so that list will appear first on the menu after you've added the first title.) (Again, comments from Watchlist entries would have to be hand-copied.)

OR...
4) Move everything from your Watchlist to a custom list. Then do the refinement on the custom list, and place just the 41 into the Watchlist, and move them to the destination from there. (I tend to keep a very small or empty Watchlist, because it's the best intermediary for making lists from search results.)
