HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

This is the WORST customer service I have ever had in my life. These people will not refund you your rightful money. Through my amazon prime account i had a free trial i ended the trial in September of last year. Months past and having IMDBpro is out of my mind until see charges for it on my card this year. I call amazon hoping they resolve the issue and they continue to tell me for months that they don't see the charge on my account. One person at amazon then stated to me i should contact IMDBpro. After realizing these charges had happened more than once and they continues to keep my subscription after 8 months without my knowledge. This has totaled to an amount of almost $160.00!!!!! Now they have only refunded me 20.00??? How is that adequate to the 160.00 they TOOK from me!! It's not like i just tried to fix this, I have been contacting Amazon since they own IMDBpro for months. Now their claiming they will be "generous" and give me a mere 20.00. HORRIBLE!! These are scammers, Im sure they can look and tell how many times ive logged into IMDBpro and it will show the two times. One, when i first got the free trial and when I ended it. I have not used anything. This is alone has troubled me because its not like its 10.00 its literally almost 200.00! The absolute WORST customer service. DO NOT BUY OR START A FREE TRIAL WITH THEM!!!
