Hi Benjamin.
There is no phone number.
Could you post your contribution numbers here for those credits.
You can find those 18 digit numbers here at,
https://contribute.imdb.com/contributions/history
or here
https://contribute.imdb.com/updates/history/?ref_=helpms_ch_ci_history

Staff will be able to assist you with those credits. But put those numbers here.
Thanks

Benjamin,

From the IMDb Help Center page:
What's your phone number?

We don't offer phone support, as our Customer Service is through our online support channels.
If you can't find the answer to your question on our Help site, please visit the Contact Us page and select Log in/Sign up Questions > IMDb Account > Other sign up questions then select "Email" and let us know how we can help.
When you submit a report through the IMDb Contact Us form, include the reference number of the submission(s). You should receive an e-mail response from an IMDb representative within 24 hours.

I hope this helps.

Reading this makes me wonder if imdb will open an Indian call center for their expansion of imdbpro into India. While I say it in jest with tongue in cheek, if they really are trying to make such a push having someone to talk to isn't a bad thing. I've talked with amazon support before and they were very helpful. Also talked with apple support, and not being an apple person and only having one older device I needed help with, it was nice to have someone to talk with and it took a few calls but apple resolved the situation quite well.

I have talked to Amazon "Lack of Support".
You are kidding aren't you?
The staff while nice, is totally clueless in most cases.
The just offer refunds or minor discounts on products.
The positions for phone staff for IMDb would require highly intelligent, well trained individuals. There are not enough people willing to work for pay that low with those qualifications.

No I was actually serious. I've talked with Amazon support to my recollection 2-3 times. Once with a defective product and the other with failing to receive it.  In the one case refund and the other tracking and finally found the delivery had been misdelivered (not my fault but carrier's). Perhaps I got lucky. (I have used their online help multiple times happily).
As for what would be needed for imdbpro, I have no clue. Neither being a member nor ever going to be, I don't know enough about what types of help one would need beyond some of the posts I see here which mostly seems to be erroneous charges. What's interesting is I remember reading an article when I was scouring regarding the birth name thing, and it mentioned amazon call sites in the US, UK, Ireland, Germany, and India.

Amazon has excellent customer service in my experience thus far, which unfortunately is not much experience thus far. What Amazon has to offer the world is starting to grow on me, but this is largely due to important products sometimes being out of stock or discontinued in conventional walk-in stores. I cannot say that Amazon "politics" are always agreeable, though. Also, from what I've heard, it is best to avoid returning anything too often if at all, since they may ban a customer for that (which affects Amazon Video and other things), so I won't be ready to buy an unfamiliar product through Amazon for the foreseeable future.
