George Currie (I) - nm0192961

I have submitted a name split for George Currie (I) which has been declined.

Ref No. # 200611-101400-393000

George Currie (I) is American actor.  He died in 1951, according to the IMDB data.

He has two credits -

  • as a actor in a movie from 1926.
  • as a ‘tools engineer’ on a Star Wars video game from 2016.

I submitted a split based on the reasoning that Mr Currie did not rise from the dead after 65 years, change careers at the age of 151, and work on a video game. I explained this briefly in my submission.

Currie, George  Star Wars: The Old Republic - Knights of the Eternal Throne (2016) (VG)
Currie, George (II)  Star Wars: The Old Republic - Knights of the Eternal Throne (2016) (VG)
Your Comment

The credit needs to be moved as it is for work done in 2016. George Currie (1865–1951), an American actor, cannot have done this as he had been dead for 65 years.

Why was this declined? Did I need more evidence?

Hey both - this obviously should have been approved and looks like a processing error on our end. I've re-submitted it now and it should be live in a day or so.
