If it's already been "merged," why would you want to "merge" it more and to what would you "merge" it? Is it really an "11" by his name, or a Roman numeral two, or "(II)?" On IMDb, Roman numerals are assigned to identical names to keep them unique and separated.

If this "merge" was just done within the past few days, it could still be processing and the pictures, if you had one previously, might still appear.
If your photo never appeared, there could be an issue with "claiming" the page.
So, you signed up for IMDbPro, correct?
The next step would be to "claim" the page in his name. It will create a link between you user account (that you use to log in and then use features of the site) and the IMDb Name Page in his name (which appears to be, Jason E. Smiley).
You can either go to his page and click the red "claim my page" link (while logged in and in the Pro view of his page, or https://pro-labs.imdb.com/name/nm5998585, or simply log in to Pro and click http://pro.imdb.com/nconst/claim (I got the link by clicking the red "claim my page" button on his page). You'll enter his name and check that you represent him. You'll get a list of same/similar names and you should chose his from the list (I see it at the top) and not choose to create a page.
I believe once you complete the "claim" process, you'll see a link to upload a picture. Upload it. I don't have a page and don't know the exact steps for this. It should appear in 24-48 hours on his page.
Note that if you cancel, you need to do so before the free period is complete or you'll begin being charged monthly or yearly as you've chosen. It'll remain active until the paid (or free) period expires. Any pics or resume page that you've added via pro will be removed if/when you cancel.

...it just merged his regular name to the second.... who do I speak to....?Are there residual issues that have come up from this merge that you need to speak of? If so, can you explain further?

On the page, it looks like:

You can use one or the other. They are the same. If you cannot find the button, use the link I gave above.

I cannot seem to add his 19-2 productionDo you mean the show 19-2? Or do you mean one of the many others listed? Can you provide a link? If it's the show, which episode(s)? What did you try to do to add it and when did you try? If you completed a submission, can you provide the Submission ID Reference Number so staff can check status? Also, if you received an email receipt, can you post the entire contents and maybe folks here can take a look and see what, if anything, was done wrong?
If it's the show, you'd need to go to the page for the episode he's in and add his name to the cast. Then it takes about a week to process.

Again, if you've already submitted it, can you post the submission ID number so staff can check on status (if you've waited a week or so for it to process)?

For the Red Button,,,,there is no red button no matter how I try to get that button on every page I go I do not have that. So, cannot claim something that does not let me claim it. Will try and try again.
So therefore his picture is still not there.
You are trying very hard and do appreciate it.

Don't worry about the button...just use the link I've given you several times... http://pro.imdb.com/nconst/claim
The button and the link take you to the same page. Clicking the button is like clicking the link http://pro.imdb.com/nconst/claim

1) What name is your son planning to use as his 'stage name'? Jason Smiley or Jason E. Smiley?
2) Does all the data on the Jason E. Smiley page refer to your son? If not, what is incorrect?
3) Does any of the data on the Jason Smiley (I) page refer to your son? If so, what items?
4) Is the credit on the Jason Smiley (II) page correct for your son?
5) Are the photos on the Jason Smilley page of your son?
If you answer these questions we should be able to sort this out quite quickly (for IMDb).
It is very important to enter data accurately, so taking extra time to double-check things can save a lot of time in the long run.

2) No, Jason Smiley I is not my son nothing here is for him
3) Yes, Jason Smiley II is my son and all is good there on the info.
4) Yes, Jason Smiley is my son... that is his picture.
Now, my question is he would like to keep his name Jason Smiley but when we tried to enter it, it did not let us and asked us to change is and suggested the middle letter. But if all can be merged with Jason Smiley I will make sure that all the acting he did changes his name to just Jason Smiley. We had taken the time to change his name with the E. but he never liked it... so if we can just make it Jason Smiley the actor it would be great. Thanks.

General Rule: The primary name for a person in the IMDb is the one by which they are most often credited.(The primary name is the at the top of the Name page.) It should not be recorded as Jason E. Smiley unless he plans on being credited that way from now on. Not only is it against the regulations , but if he sets up his page with the middle initial but is credited without the credit is far more likely to be assigned to the wrong person.
However, since there is already a person listed with that name, then his name would have to have (II) appended to differentiate your son from that other person (who would have (I) added.
The Roman numeral only shows up on his Name page and in the update forms; in the Title filmographies the name would just show as Jason Smiley.
Then number is strictly to differentiate between two persons; it says nothing about importance, quality of work, or anything else , My favourite example is Emma Watson, whose name shows like that in the various Harry Potter films, but who is shown on her name page as Emma Watson (II). Emma Watson (I)'s only credits are as wardrobe supervisor for 2 episodes of a TV Series, but because she was the first Emma Watson added to the database, she is assigned the (I).
I will leave the detailed exposition of what you should do to bluesmanSF; it can be confusing if two people both try to give detailed instructions. I strongly recommend you not make any further updates until he tells you how to proceed.

(but, just an FYI, if you log in, type his name in the search box and go to his page in the Pro view, you'll see it as pictured above. You need to do all...log in, go to his page, scroll until you see the red button on the left side of the page...when you click it, it also sends you to http://pro.imdb.com/nconst/claim)
You will NOT see any red button when using this link. Use it instead of the red button on his IMDb Name Page, Pro view (I posted a picture of his page, above).
Can you verify the things asked above? Also, I'd also recommend you refrain from adding/correcting until you have more of a handle on things. It's getting messier and messier as we go, so far.

Jason Smilley
https://pro-labs.imdb.com/name/nm7358334/?ref_=sch_int

If it's him, it seems you've added the 19-2 credit twice, under two different names, neither of them your son's proper page.
How did his name appear in the show's credits? With or without the middle initial (and which is the correct spelling of his last name...this one is spelled differently-two Ls)?
Don't make any submissions but just answer the questions, at this point.
You said above:
his name is Jason E. Smiley...But it looks like you created a new page using "Jason Smilley"? Was this on purpose or another error?

I am assuming I would have to go to the credits and make all the changes there also.?
I will not do anything until you let me know what you think I should do...I do not want to mix everything up again. :-)
Thank you for all your help.

Theater and commercials can be added to "Other Works" section. They should be easy to list but just need to be formatted correctly.
Take a look at http://www.imdb.com/help/search?domain=helpdesk_faq&index=2&file=bio_all_guides&ref_=hlp... and post if you have questions.
It's probably not a problem to add it now as you'll be doing it right onto his page. So, the name being processed to change won't be an issue.
In his case, too, it might be good to add a biography. The one there is computer generated by information on his page but you could also mention other work in the bio. And, a bio might be helpful since there's another person of the same name and it might help, if someone adds a credit, them decide which name it belongs to. So if the same name thing is of concern, it'd be a good idea. You could, maybe, find a friend/family member that writes well, to give them bullet points and ask them to put it together. I try, now and then, but always hate what I've written afterwards (I stick to songs as anything goes in songs, for the most part) ;)

I see that there is currently one listing for "Jason E. Smiley" here. To clarify, upon reviewing the submission I see that the update was for changing the name to "Jason E. Smiley", which seems to have worked. Though above you mentioned removing the initial, are you trying to update his name listing be "Jason Smiley"?
And if so, is he separate from this other "Jason Smiley" here?
