I sent original post.  The mistake on the synopsis made it hard for me to figure out the relationship(s) of the characters.  As I watched the movie, the correct relationship(s) became apparent.  Someone at IMDb should change this.

I was able to send a message to the contributor who wrote the plot summary on that page. Perhaps he will correct it himself.
