Get Satisfaction reduces the display size of an image when uploaded manually.

To change the resolution of an image, you'll have to configure the settings manually. To do that, follow the gif given below:

Dan there is a faster less intensive way to do that.
When you have uploaded it, left click the image. Eight little boxes will appear. Grab any of the corner boxes and head towards the center of the page. That will proportionally resize the image. If you grab the center sides or tops it will squish the image, but the get sat software will automatically resize it to proportionally sized. For images larger than the page you will only get a left or right portion of the image. When grabbing the boxes you can go outside of the page space for more reduction.

The same can be done on screengrab uploads.
