An individual has given himself IMDB credits on my last two films under the crew category. But he actually did not work on these films at all. These two falls credits are his only credits on IMDb. How do I correct this and get these removed, and how do I lock the page to prevent this from happening in again?

You do that credit removal yourself.
Please read this. Correcting existing data
When you are done you will find your contribution numbers here at...........
https://contribute.imdb.com/contributions/history

Then contact IMDb directly at https://help.imdb.com/contact to lock out that individual from doing it again. Give staff those contribution numbers in the direct contact info.

Thanks.
Wait for a reply by an IMDb Employee
If you have any screen grabs of the credits scroll showing his name absence, post them here along with the associated URL of that screen grab for proof that staff can verify.

Thanks for the reply. The credit scrolls at the end of the films are about 1 and a half mins long. That would be a lot of screen shots. Are you recommending I upload screeners to Vimeo so a staff member can review the end credits?

Thx

Hi K. Silver -

Thanks for posting al the relevant submission details, I can see that these credit deletion requests were not approved because our editors needed further evidence to help verify the change.

As Ed mentioned above, the best form of evidence is a screen grab of the on-screen display where your name is credited.  You are welcome to upload the screen grabs to this thread, otherwise, for further instructions on how to provide this evidence to our editors, please review the following Help guide: https://help.imdb.com/article/contribution/contribution-information/how-can-i-submit-additional-veri...#

Let us know if you have further questions!
