Bob Kane created the "Bat-Man" in 1939 and the first in the series of Comic Books that was published that same year, after collaborating with Bill Finger for some suggestions and modifications, by Detective Comics, which is now known as DC Comics. Later that same year it was also decided by Kane that Batman needed his "Watson" of Sherlock Holmes fame, so along came Dick Grayson, AKA: "Robin" in 1940.

Of all of the pairings over the years, which has been the best Live Action Dynamic Duo, AKA: Batman & Robin?

As of recently, DC Comics officially credits Bob Kane AND Bill Finger as creators of Batman. So, maybe you should add Bill's name to your poll's opening. He was uncredited for far too long.
