Hi there,

I'm sorry to hear that you experienced this issue while attempting to export your ratings. Unfortunately, I was unable to reproduce this issue with my own ratings.

So that we can investigate further, can you please ensure your ratings are made public and provide us with a link to your ratings?

If your ratings are not public and you do not wish to share your ratings publicly, you can instead log into your IMDb account and contact our support team directly (selecting "IMDb Fan/Contributor questions > Ratings, Watchlist & more > Report ratings issue").

Thanks in advance!

Hi there,

Our technical team has confirmed that the characters are encoded correctly when exported via csv with Excel, Notepad, and Notepad++. It appears there may be a rendering issue with the software on your computer. I recommend consulting your device's/software's support for further help.

Thanks!
