Uploaded video under DEMO, should be INTERVIEW video listing ...

How do I change the video LISTING from "DEMO" to "INTERVIEW" on an existing video? My written description regarding the interview reads correctly, that's easy. Unfortunately, when this video was submitted/loaded, it mistakenly went under DEMO REEL and not INTERVIEW VIDEO... It's misleading. I would like to correct this.
Appreciate help,
JoEllen for Jody Jaress

Hello JoEllen,

Please know that IMDbPro memberships only allow you to upload demo reels to your IMDb page.

For more information, please see our Help page: How can I add videos to IMDb?

Let us know if we can offer any further help.

I have already loaded the video.  It's been running for a long time. I have recently realized that I loaded it under the WRONG "CATEGORY".  It should have been under INTERVIEW and not DEMO. I know how to do all the other things (usually). I see no area to make that change. It's not the title of the video.... it's the CATEGORY in which you choose to load it under. eg Interview, Demo, Clip, Trailer, etc.

Here's a photo of the video that is supposed to be categorized as INTERVIEW and not DEMO REEL.  It's not a demo... my error that I'd like corrected if possible. It's misleading when someone goes to watch Jody's videos. The link is to Jody Jaress Video Gallery.
Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi JoEllen,

As mentioned previously, your IMDbPro membership does not allow you the ability to upload any other video type than demo reels, or to change the video type from demo reel to another (such as Interview, Trailer, etc.).

Okay... but Claire, how did I do that originally?
I am the person who placed/loaded/inserted/submitted or whatever the term would be.... so, how did I do that if I'm not capable of doing so?  Who IS?  You maybe?  Anyone?  Hopefully you see why I'm confused and not being obstinate.

Thanks for sticking with me on this dilemma...

Hi JoEllen,

When you upload a video via your IMDbPro membership, the "Video Type" option is limited only to "Demo Reel" and cannot be changed by you or IMDb staff to another video type. Interview videos cannot be uploaded by individuals to their own page.

Production companies, distributors and other similar entities may submit trailers, clips, or other related video for titles (including interviews) via IMDb Title Scorecard, a service which enables industry partners to easily review and update the titles they represent on IMDb.

Thank you for the explanation. So, if I were producer, etc and signed up/in for Title Scorecard, I could take care of this concern.  Otherwise, just leave it and understand the process better.  I could not find the answer. Didn't know where to look... so many issues to read up on.

Thank you much,
JoEllen
