Evidence for submission #190624-002015-709000: This is from the booklet that came with the Studio One Anthology DVD set. The show included in the set is the one from October 17, 1949. The description includes the cast list for the original show, which was dated November 7, 1948. Also, on IMDb the November 7, 1948, show is noted as being in the DVD set, but I couldn't find how to delete that notation. Only the October 17, 1949, show is in the DVD set. Thank you.

Hi Dianne,

I can see that that submission is still pending, please see this guide https://help.imdb.com/article/contribution/contribution-information/contribution-history/G2BYV38VYPXM5L4F?ref_=helpsrall# which explains how to track your contribution. If it is rejected please let me know here and I can investigate further.

Regards,
Will

This submission is marked "declined" due to "unable to verify." Is that taking this into account or not? If this is not enough to verify, please give me an idea of what you would consider acceptable evidence. Thank you.

Hi, Diane Olson. IMDb goes by the credits as they are presented on screen in the original release.

The original show, dated November 7, 1948, no longer exists, so I can't give a screen shot of that. The credits currently on IMDb are the wrong ones for the November 7, 1948, date. They are the credits for the October 17, 1949, date.

Jeorj Euler in case of lost media, I'd say that official release's research on episode is an accurate enough information.

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled A question on procedure.

I am still unclear as to procedure. I had submitted a correction #190624-002015-709000

and then posted the evidence here. I received an acknowledgement but no action, since the submission was still pending. By the time I saw the acknowledgement message, the submission had been declined due to "unable to verify." I replied to the message, but that was three days ago and I have heard nothing back from IMDb. Was I supposed to start a new message, rather than replying to the existing one?

If so, here is a recap of the situation. I will try to make it clear, as it is a bit confusing. Studio One put on a show called "The Storm" for its first show on November 7, 1948. The three stars were Margaret Sullavan, Dean Jagger, and Ross Martin. On October 17, 1949, Studio One used the script for "The Storm" again, but with a different cast: Marsha Hunt, Dean Harens, and John Rodney. It is the 1949 show that is on the official DVD set.

Currently, IMDb has the Hunt, Harens, Rodney credits listed for both the 1948 and the 1949 shows. I was attempting to correct the 1948 credits. Here is the scan from the booklet that came from the official DVD set. Thank you for your help.
