You didn't answer the question before shutting down the thread so I could respond.

I asked why is it taking a year and 4 requests to get this updated? Why did you shut down my thread without responding to that?



This is not customer service.

Yes your IMDB associates let me know I filed a ticket for assistance on this matter 4 times. But the issue wasn't resolved any of those times. Will you shut this thread down also so I can't respond before acknowledging and providing an acceptable answer when we can expect the IMDB "Contact Us" department to follow through or will I be censored again for daring to ask why it takes a year to get the link properly redirected to the correct Amazon item? Why do you shut down threads like this as "Problem Solved" when the they aren't?

I'd be happy to share all the instances of getting the email confirmations my request was received without the request being fulfilled, however I'm sure those would be deleted as "inappropriate" like the last time I shared information showing I am doing my due diligence but getting canned responses (and that issue about linking trailers to associated projects wasn't resolved either when I used the IMDB "Contact Us" link either).

If only the IMDB "Contact Us" editors could fix the problem as fast as employees close threads down for response sharing the delays there would be many more satisfied IMDB Pro subscribers here.

We have explained that we've filed a ticket with the tech team on your behalf and that we will let you know as soon as it's been resolved for you. While you may have contacted Amazon a year ago regarding this, please know that we took action on this when you reached out to us about it.

If you have specific instances where you don't believe an email was responded to, please feel free to reach out via our message system with those. However, please know that as I previously advised you, our messages appear to be going to your spam folder (such as the scorecard access email).
