Hi there! I tried submitting my movie poster for my documentary short on imdb as well as my plot, and for some reason I'm seeing this (I'll upload a photo) .. I may have added the same image twice by accident but I don't know if this means I need to upload it again? I just want it on there once as my main image to my documentary. Does this also mean i need to upload my plot again too?
Thanks so much!
My imdb doc is http://m.imdb.com/title/tt6646144/

Hi Veronica,
I've taken a look and there is no current image live on the title, but I've accepted your plot which will go live shortly. Please can you try just once to submit the image again and then get back to me with the submission reference? Then I can take a look internally.
Thanks,
Will

No problem! See https://contribute.imdb.com/help/201989690
What imageformats, sizes and resolutions are supported?
IMDb supports JPEG and PNG images. Images must be no smaller than 50KB and nolarger than 20MB. Both the image height and width must bebetween 500 and 8000 pixels. Based on the dimensions, IMDb may crop the image as necessary. For posters, to minimize cropping, we recommend a vertical alignment (i.e. portrait orientation) with an aspect ratio of 1:0.675. Additionally, while IMDb may accept low resolution images for older content, we recommend always providing the highest quality image available.

Thanks so much! I'm not sure how I can resize my poster so it'll fit, so I'm going to leave it be.
I did, however, add a few still frames to the imdb page. Hope those will be up soon.

You're best off using Scorecard for this. To upload and control your primary image.

I just have one more question, when the time comes that I want to put my actual video on my imdb page, how do I make it show up? I have it on my Without A Box where I've been submitting it to festivals (thus keeping it private for now) is it as simple as making it public on without a box and then it somehow gets added to the imdb title page? Thanks!!

How do I add a video to my IMDb Title Page?

Hate to ask one more thing but I noticed my movie poster gets cut off at the bottom and it doesn't display properly.. I can remake it with the appropriate dimensions, do you know what the standard dimensions are?
Thanks !
