I've tried adding credits that I have pay stubs and call sheets for 4 times and they still have not been updated.

If the roles are uncredited (as I assume from the message) you'll have to follow the procedures here:
www.imdb.com/help/show_leaf?uncredite...

If the film is in pre-production they often wait until the film is released before finalising the cast/credits list.

Also are they being rejected? There are data processing backlogs, so it can take a while for submissions to be greenlit, and longer for them to go live.

I worked as a DGA 2nd AD on two films and have submitted Call Sheets, PR's, and Pay Stubs. Why am I not added. I submitted 7 months ago and then 5 months ago for both. Why am I not able to get credit. I also Worked as Key Set PA on both and those credits were added right away.

I believe that IMDb does not allow multiple (uncredited) credits for the same project unless they are "radically different".

That is definitely the case if you wist to add an (uncredited) item to a project where you were credited on screen. See Point 7 in I worked on a film but did not receive a screen credit. Can I be listed in the database? for the official word on this. While I haven't found an explicit statement on multiple (uncredited) items, I really can't see IMDb being more lenient for a person who has no screen credit than for one who actually has one.

I will recieve on screen credit. They are real movies, ie Fast and Furious 7. I was a DGA 2nd AD, not some extra trying to build up my IMDb page. I need assistance from someone who understands how to update CREW Credits.
