A couple of weeks ago the casting director for a movie I was in, River Guard had my name added to the credits. It appeared as actor instead of actress which is how I wanted it to be listed. The casting director contacted IMDb to make the change and during that same time I had a credit approved and added for another movie I was in, The World Made Straight. It also listed me as an actor! I went into the site to add my gender as female and attempted to make the correction for River Guard. Within two days my credit for River Guard was removed! The casting director said IMDb takes time to make these changes but I still have not had the gender change appear and IMDb has not responded to my attempts to correct what should be a simple fix! AND my credit for River Guard still has not been restored. Has any one else had this problem? How to get IMDb to make the correction and restore my credit to River Guard.

The casting director is right, when the credits are changed they can be removed before being added back in. The pages need to rebuild themselves.

If you give us the reference IDs for the submissions, staff can look into this.

changes can take from 2 days to 2 weeks. From your submission ID's, you've only submitted them 2-3 days ago. You might wait a while and check them again...
