Credit error change request that keeps getting declined

Hi there, please see my attempt to correct one of my credits: #190531-013529-594000. An actress who lives in another country has been incorrectly given my production credit in error a long time ago. Can you please advise on how to rectify this? My request to change it has been declined twice, despite it clearly being an error. The explanation in the request provides evidence to support it. Thanks!

Ideally, if a credit belongs to another person with the same or similar name, an update should be submitted to either move the credit to the correct name page (if known) or to a new name page instead of a deletion. I'm not sure which type of update you've submitted to correct the error.
