Hi everybody,
I'm looking for help since I'm trying to correct/delete a credit added by mistake.
I just want to substitute a wrong credit about two Italian movies, Aspirante Vedovo (2013) and Il Giorno in Più (2011), written by Pellegrini, Michele (III), while credited to a certain Pellegrini, Massimo, who's actually a composer.
Why is Pellegrini, Michele (III) uncredited?
Why my submitted request has been declined twice?
At last, I have to wait 'til 17th and 20th of June before submitting the request again.
Please, can you help me?
Thanks for the patience.
Cheers,
Costanza
P.S.: Here the official links about Pellegrini, Michele (III) and the two listed films

Hi, Costanza Tarabella.
Whenever you see an incorrect data in the base, it is much better to submit a correction, and otherwise try a deletion only when you have the evidence those data are initially wrong and can not be reassigned or ultimately used in a correct way.
If you submitted new data or tried to correct/delete the existing data, the editors may expect the evidential information from you. In this case, they might need the screenshots of end credits taken from the original video sequence where Michele Pellegrini is mentioned for the credits.
I hope this helps

Sorry I can't edit the original thread, so I'll post screenshot down here in a reply.
Here the original end credits from Il Giorno in Più (2011) and headlines from Aspirante Vedovo (2013) with the original screenplay by Pellegrini, Michele (III) with collaborators and directors.
Thanks for helping me.

Great that you published them, because I found
all the writers for Il Giorno in Più (2011):

...but had no success to find Michele Pellegrini in the end titles of Aspirante Vedovo (2013) where they used plenty of strings in very small fonts... Now I see that she is in opening titles.
By the way, I liked Il Giorno in Più thanks to you.
(That guy is so unlucky when keys in need ;)))

Hey, thank you so much for taking action, you very kind :))) Me, too, I found very hard looking for headlines from Aspirante Vedovo (2013), but I tried 'til the end searching for the best and fine contents ;) anyway, I hope this undertaking would be useful for resolution.
Thanks again, and good job old sport! :)))

Hi Costanza -
Michele Pellegrini's missing writer credit has now been added to "Il giorno in più", this credit should be live on the site shortly.
Concerning the other missing credit for "Aspirante vedovo", once you have found evidence to verify that Michele was credited as a writer on this title, please post the screen grab or relevant links here and our staff can take another look.

Michelle, only a question: is it possible to remove credit of Massimo Pellegrini from the two Italian movies, since he is a composer and not a writer?
The screenplay is exclusively by Michele Pellegrini and collabs.
Thanks again for patience.

By the way, since this thread is somehow devoted to Michele Pellegrini...
His credit seems to be missed in this movie also:
È nata una star? (2012)

Costanza, thank you once more.
Screenplays by Michele Pellegrini + music by Paolo Buonvino x Italian directors = Week of Italian cinema ahead ;)))

Ciao Costanza.
Since È nata una star? (2012) is been approved and live on site, but the rest of edits are not, please publish here the 18-digit ID number(s) of your contribution for Aspirante Vedovo. It would be also great if you kindly post an additional screenshot, similar to these examples:

The IDs and related data may be found on your contribution pages:

Thank you in advance

Costanza, now I see the problem is inherited
after the previous contributors of this title. It's not your fault. They used wrong numbering which can not be further accepted by editors, so they decline your submission even if the numbers are automatically preserved and not changed by you.
Sequence numbers ("Order") section for writers is very specific to implement:
https://help.imdb.com/article/contribution/filmography-credits/writers/GPLAT3NTCGA67A6R?ref_=helpsrall#
So I submitted the changes for you to have an example for future:

#190610-133955-550000
This way we preserve the original order:

Ok, I've understood.
I'm sorry I have no kind of knowledge about number order about credits, that's a thing I have to learn step by step but I can't understand at all. I'll read guidelines to improve such kind of details.
Thanks again ;)

You are welcome.
I presume you left those order fields untouched, and it would work in a normal situation. But that ordering was incorrectly submitted by someone else initially. Having a general knowledge on this, it was like a chess gambit for me to place all those numbers into that 3D matrix; this is why I tell that was not your fault ;)))

I confirm there is no "Massimo Pellegrini" in the above-mentioned video sequences, both Il Giorno in Più and Aspirante Vedovo.
Moreover, Costanza Tarabella initially posted that Massimo Pellegrini is a musician and composer. He is co-writing songs with, for example, Paul Buckmaster; not screenplays or stories. Massimo Pellegrini has two wrong credits as a writer on IMDb, and both of the issues are covered by current discussion.
Here below in comments are the related screenshots (sorry for the quality where the small fonts).

- The below screenshot shows two names starting with "Massimo", but they state for another persons and are not on the title page:

Hey MAthePA,
I've just seen Michele Pellegrini's credit was approved for Aspirante Vedovo!
I'm so happy and glad for your help and kindness :)))
Also for Il Giorno in Più, Massimo Pellegrini has been deleted as screenplay credit, I saw.
Thanks a lot for the best improvement I've ever seen!
Have a nice day :)))
