Over the past year, I have had multiple submissions where I am correcting incorrectly formatted music video titles so that they will match the submission guide format, yet these submissions do not get approved.

For some submissions even prior to these, I have written to the help desk after more than 2 weeks past without my submission going through, but I should not have to keep waiting for my submission to fail & writing to the help desk when my submissions are about making titles that are incorrect to be correct per IMDb's own Submission Guide.
For the most recent decline, 191202-050405-834000: "Hawaii (2017) (V)" the decline reason provided in the Beta Contribution Tracker does not even make sense:
We were unable to approve this contribution.
The item you have submitted is exactly the same as a submission that you have already entered, which is still pending review by our staff. Please remember that all updates submitted to IMDb are not immediately available online but must first be checked and processed by our data editors. The time it takes us to do this can vary, please see this guide for more information. If you have already submitted this item previously, please use the Track Contribution option on that submission reference instead."
I have never submitted any previous correction for this IMDb title, so there is no way my submission can be "exactly the same as a submission that you have already entered"
The rest of the submission all are from before title changes were tracked in the Beta Contribution Tracker, so I don't even have access to any "reasons", all I know is that the corrections never took place even though weeks/months have gone by.
It makes no sense that IMDb would be rejecting submissions that are designed to fix incorrect entries so that they match IMDb's own Submission Guidelines.
