I first posted this evidence above over 2 weeks ago in another thread. It has yet to be acknowledged. Furthermore, it's not updated in the database yet.

This is a slam bam easy case. Especially since I included the uncredited attribute, and I have 12 other episodes credits already listed in the database for the same show.

Staff, please acknowledge and forward this over to the necessary department.

Thank you.

Ummm...isn't that even you on the photo on that episode's IMDb page? Should that not be a first clue that you're in it?

I also submitted it, with a link to this discussion so they can see the screen cap (and all it's taken to get it passed on, so far). 151104-175349-492000

We'll see what happens.

...isn't that even you on the photo on that episode's IMDb page?
This?  http://www.imdb.com/media/rm78897664/tt4729246

Correct me if I'm wrong but, having seen the episode,
I believe those three actors (all credited) are, from left to right:

Erik Christian Olsen as Marty Deeks,
Victor Chi as Mr. Hung, and
Michael Weatherly as Anthony DiNozzo.

Is Steve the 4th actor, in the background on the left
in the image he posted?  If so, is that image clear enough
to be used as evidence for IMDb?  Or is it perhaps too blurred?

I guess clarity might be an issue, but really, how often will you clearly see someone doing stunts clearly on screen?

Why do other stunt people he submits have their credits accepted and his don't? He's posted 176 posts, all seeking help for items not accepted that, as far as I can tell, have always been later accepted. If all of his items are accepted, why don't they go through the first time? It always takes weeks of 'bumping' messages here, then finally they're accepted..and no indication, that I've seen, of any problems.

I think that's odd...to say the least.

Oh, and look at his gallery...in most of his pics he looks almost exactly like the actors he's doing stunts for...so, less reason to add any importance to a clear shot of him on screen when he'd be easily mistaken for the star anyway...

At this time, I see that the episode is still temporarily available free on CBS.com in the US.  I confirm that the screenshot posted above is from the final segment of the episode (at about 38:10,  by the time indicator on the CBS.com web player).

I hope that one of these days soon with all of the evidence I have supplied for my past 50 or so submissions and other people going out and checking and confirming them to be true that I will no longer be flagged as a bad contributor.

Hi Steve -

(also thanks to Nobody and bluesmanSF for your help!)

Your Stunt episode credit update (and screen grab) has been forwarded to our data editors and should appear online with the next available update of our servers. Cheers!

Hi Michelle,

Thanks! I appreciate you forwarding this information along.

In a more important matter, I'd like to make a plea to you and the IMDb team to look into a greater problem.

As bluesmanSF had previously written in this thread:

Why do other stunt people he submits have their credits accepted and his don't? He's posted 176 posts, all seeking help for items not accepted that, as far as I can tell, have always been later accepted. If all of his items are accepted, why don't they go through the first time? It always takes weeks of 'bumping' messages here, then finally they're accepted..and no indication, that I've seen, of any problems.

Since April of 2013, I have been posting on this message, regarding the same issue -- not having my credits accepted when I first submit them.

I urge you kindly to please look into this matter deeper. Am I flagged as a bad conrtibutor? Is my page flagged or marked in a way not to accept updates as easily as other pages in the database? Something is definitely amiss and I request of you and your team to please make this a priority and find out what is causing this issue.

By now -- going on 3 years of waiting to see this issue resolved, and 176 posts on this message board, and probably 50 credits later accepted after I provided evidence for each submission every time, all proving that my submissions are true and accurate, whatever is causing me to continually have to jump through all these hoops just to get my credit updates accepted, please find out what is causing this problem and make it stop.

It should be clear that I have proven who I am, that I am honest, have integrity, and certainly do care about the validity and accuracy of the database. I should not be treated as a problem user, rather I should be treated as a valued user.

And if you need any more evidence to the validity of who I am and my work, here is a link to my stunt reel that show that I actually do work in this business:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FAoN7i_5GGw

(I am currently editing a newer version of this to include some of the recent credit updates.)

That is my request. I hope that you and the IMDb team will follow up on it.
As always, I appreciate a response, and again, I do sincerely thank you for your help.

Best,
Stephen Bralver
