I just created an IMDB account. I'm credited in multiple projects with different suffixes (V, VI, etc). How can I consolidate my credits page? Is there any way to add a picture and website to the page?

Multiple Name pages for the same person is an all too common occurrence.

What you need to do is merge all the pages that refer only to you.

First of all, you need to decide which page you wish to keep as your primary Name. Usually this will be the one with the lowest Roman numeral.

Assuming that you are John Doe, and have 4 pages as John Doe (IV), John Doe (V), John Doe (VII) and John Doe (XV), you would probably keep John Doe (IV).

You would need to go to each of the other pages, and submit a name correction, correcting the name to the lowest one -- in this case to Doe, John (IV). (Names are stored in Surname, GivenNames format, and if is preferable to enter them this way, although the system will 'flip' them if you enter in the display format.)

You will receive a warning message that states : "The corrected name already exists as a separate entry.
This will have the effect of merging the two listings into one. Please make sure this is intended and, if not, use roman numerals to distinguish the corrected name from any other listings. Also, be aware that credits may disappear for a day or two during the merge process. "

Since merging is what you want to do, just check the box beside Warning understood, go ahead anyway.

You may have noticed a box beside the text update existing credits with 'as' attribute. If the names are the same except for the Roman numeral, just ignore this -- it only applies in certain cases where the base names are different.

You will need to repeat this for each name that is solely about you.

Note that if a page has data that belongs to someone else, as well as what belongs to you, there need to be different procedures, so in that case, give the details here for more information.

Is there any way to add a picture and website to the page?
There is a section for Official Websites on each name page, that allows you to post links to websites managed by you or your manager (including Official Fan sites) and another one for Miscellaneous Sites.

These are both in the Links to Other Sites section of the main Update page.

As to pictures, these can only be added via Resume. You need to upgrade to a Pro account and then 'claim your page'. Each Pro account may maintain the Resume for one Name page, and each Resume can be maintained by only one account.

A Resume allows you to add up to 100 pictures to your page.

Resume is a subscription service and any Resume page or pictures added via it will remain visible on the site only as long as the subscription is maintained.

Hope this helps,
