Due to Disagreement they changed all my credits to Uncredited. I'm receiving residuals for these and some terrible person hiding behind a computer changed my credits that were up for YEARS. This originally started when I asked to have a credit removed a past manager put me in for. Now they are hurting my career and I'm seeking justice

Mark: The main thing that you need to confirm is that you actually had your name listed in the on-screen credits of those shows. Whether you received residual payments is not the issue -- it's only whether your name was in the credits on screen.

If your name was in the credits on screen, then you should be able to get your IMDb listings fixed and have the (uncredited) attribute removed for those roles.

The four 'credits' showing as being for uncredited roles were showing as 'credited' roles last year. A few months ago you came on here complaining about not being able to delete two 'credits' that were on your name page as being uncredited roles. You began that thread by admitting that you had these extra roles in the two films but ended the thread by claiming you were not an extra in either of these two films. This change of position occurred immediately after you leanrt that being only extra roles would not get them deleted.

You also threatend to sue the IMDb within three days.

Yu have admitted that you have been fully aware of the content of your name page for years. This means that for years you have been aware that four acting roles have been on display, due to the actions of your 'manager', as 'credited' roles for which it was alleged your name appears on screen. Why did you allow this false information about yourself to remain on the IMDb for so long? I find your claim a few months ago that you wanted 'credits' to be removed becausde they were not factual to be rather disingenuous. In fact, I suspect that the two uncredited roles that were on display in 2017 (for Unbreakable (2000) and Jesus's Son (1999)) were also lsited as 'credited' roles at one time until someone discovered the information was untrue and requested their deletion.

You have complained that your credits have been chaged from credited roles to uncredited roles. Several people have asked if you have were credited but you seem to eb incapbale of admiting that they were uncredited. Instead, you have been moaning that this has happened because you were paid under a U5 contract for these roles, which in your head only places them as having eligibility to not be recorded as being uncredited.

Stating that you receive residual payments and a U5 cntract for this worjk in answere to the question "were you credited onscreen?" is a bit like being asked if you had shot someone and stating "I haven't got a knife" in response.

I tracked down a copy of the Unforgettable episode you were in on Daily Motion. You are not credited. I'm guessing if I find the other TV episodes you won't be credited either.

For Unforgettable, the beginning credits consist of the main cast: Poppy Montgomery, Dylan Walsh, Dallas Roberts, James Hiroyuki Liao, Tawney Cypress and Jane Curtin plus guest stars Makenzie Leigh and Dennis Christopher.

Here are the ending credits:

As you can plainly see, your name does not appear on any of the three pages of credits after the episode. If you actually do appear in the credits of any of the works, then you are free to post proof of such. I don't really have time to search out the other episodes to see if you appear in the credits or not.

Note, it doesn't matter if appeared for years without the "uncredited" attribute. That does not make it a correct credit. IMDb solely goes on what appears on screen. Residual checks are immaterial.

I see now you've gone from stating "Due to Disagreement they changed all my credits to Uncredited" to now claiming you were only credited in 30 Rock and Important Things.

Okay. I lied. I will track down other episodes, only because 30 Rock is available on Hulu. For Live Show (I checked the east coast version), the beginning credits only have the main cast: Tina Fey, Tracey Morgan, Jane Krakowski, Jack McBrayer, Scott Adsit, Judah Friedlander and Alec Bladwin.

Here are the ending credits (which you, once again, do not appear):

Important Things streams on Comedy Central's website. The beginning credits only have the host, Demetri Martin. Here are the end credits (which you still do not appear in.)
