Hi Aileen -

Thanks for posting the above evidence, however, in order to verify that you were credited on-screen we will need to see a screen grab of your on-screen credit for the episode, where you are credited for the role.  If you can post that here our staff can take a look and modify the credit for you.

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled Credits for speaking roles..

I've had a speaking role in Love Child and one in Pulse TV series in Australia both times production have tried to correct their mistake, (missing my name from the official credits) How do I get screen shots or copy of my section of call sheet to you?

Hi Aileen -

If the matter is that your name was credited on-screen, upon review of the credit evidence our staff will be able to adjust these credits accordingly (note that we will need to see a screen grab of your on-screen credit for the episode title).  However, if the matter is that your name was not listed in the on-screen credits for the episode title (due to a mistake by the production team), unfortunately, the 'uncredited' attributes will need to remain.

Hi Michelle,
Thank you for your reply, it's really appreciated.
The problem is Production made a mistake and left my name off, they also contacted IMDB and tried to rectify the problem.  What else can I do?  This is a human error. Surely there is a way to fix this problem.  I can forward copies of the emails from production.   It's clear I am on the call sheet as cast (not an extra).  Also from my career documented on IMDB you can see I am cast or production.

Hi Aileen -

Thanks for confirming the details.  Unfortunately, if your name was not listed in the on-screen credits (even if this was done by mistake), as per our policy, the uncredited attribute will need to remain listed for the episode credit.
