Cancelation

Hi
I cancelled my account last month or the month before I think it was. It definitely showed as having cancelled, so I delegated the app.
However this month I just was charged for the pro account, and I went online and it said I still had an account.

I would like to get this 100% cancelled please, and if possible maybe get the money back, as I thought I wouldn't be paying after I cancelled last time.
