Can you speed up my corrections, please?

1.

On Redcon-1 (2017), my character's name is Zombie. It is not Survivor. May you correct it? I've tried to, for days, but nobody has fixed it yet.

2.

A user on Facebook added The Rift (2017) to my filmography, but I have no interest in that. Can you remove it from my page?

Here is my IMDb profile.

1.  There is no expedited service available.  You just have to wait your turn like everyone else.

When  you say, "tried for days," do you mean you've submitted the information more than once within days?  If so, you're delaying the problem. Submit it once, then if it hasn't appeared within expected processing time (they gave you a link to Data Processing Times in your emailed receipt) then post the submission Reference Number for the most recent submission here and staff can check on status.  If you only wait a day or two and re-submit, the submissions go back to the bottom of the stack and the count starts over.  So if time is of the essence, the last thing you want to do is flood them with requests. It doesn't help them and makes it take longer, which doesn't help you.  I notice it's filming.  If it was added by production, it might be that you'll have to wait for there to be actual credits from which it can be verified.  I don't know what the big hurry is, if still filming but you might have to supply a screen shot of the actual credit when it's complete.

2.  If the credit added is inaccurate, it can be corrected.  Post details if you need help correcting it.  If it's accurate, it won't be removed.  IMDb seeks to be as complete and accurate as possible.  It's not a resume and you can't simply pick and choose what info you want on the page.

Hello.

I added myself as Survivor because on the day I went to be involved with Redcon-1, that's what I thought I would be. Then they said they only needed zombies, so I will have to add Zombie instead.

As for The Rift...I didn't want to be in that short movie unless it was being filmed in Edinburgh. Since the guy making it ain't from Edinburgh, I don't want it on my credits. Plus, his Facebook profile is lacking a real photo of him. I'm not saying people have to put their face on, but it just seems stupid.

Re:  Redcon-1

I'd say you should probably post the Reference Number for the submission and see if staff here can locate a problem if any...otherwise, if it hasn't been two weeks, it still might be processing or awaiting such.  If you've made multiple submissions while it's processing it slows you down and makes it take much longer.  I'd look into this most recent submission before submitting again.  Did you add an explanation as you've done here?  It would have helped. You can check a box to provide explanation.  It's a good idea to do so when you've submitted one thing, then submitted to change it.  Also, it's probably best to wait until you're credited so you submit it correctly the first time.  The more you need to correct submissions (or others need to correct them), the more proof you'll need to provide in the future.  So be careful submitting data that might need to be changed later.  It keeps the site more accurate and reliable.

Re: The Rift

Deletions are difficult to be approved.  You've vouched for the accuracy once, now are vouching it's not and needs removal...you'll need a very good excuse for that.

I would submit it with a clearly stated reason, such as, I was to work the role but changed my mind and never worked that title and no credit exists," rather than saying you "don't want it there."  If you simply state you don't want it there, they'll never delete it.  I would skip that completely irrelevant part (and that Facebook nonsense) and stick with "it's not accurate, no credit exists."  It's a far better reason than, "I don't want it there," which is not a valid reason for removal of data.

Good luck!

So..160608-140216-050000 correct? Lets keep it simple.

Did you re-submit? That means another 1-7 days to process. So there's no status to check yet, but maybe they can make sure how submitted it correctly.

Good luck.
